She married Beryl Logan in 1956 and together they raised three daughters. He preceded her in death in 1987. A lot of their leisure time was spent in the Wind River Mountains, camping and fishing. At 79 years old, Pat, with family, hiked four miles to one of their favorite lakes, and spent the day out fishing everyone.

Pat married Joe Jaramillo in 1990. They spent many years happily enjoying retirement, traveling, and playing music. As they explored new places, they fell in love with San Antonio and spent several winters there. While staying in a RV park there, they played for the dances at the rec center and made many new friends. Joe preceded her in death in 2015.

Pat spent her last years with Stan Thompson, and it was a joy to see how happy they were together. They traveled and spent many hours in the desert, looking for arrowheads and exploring. They were always laughing.

She worked for many years in the Sweetwater County Clerk Office. She loved her job and made many great friends there. Until two years ago, she owned and operated the mobile home park that she and Beryl bought in the 1960’s. With Joe’s and Stan’s help, she kept it as beautiful as ever. She had a green thumb, and her yard and flowers were always incredible.

Pat is survived by her beloved, Stan Thompson, and her three daughters and sons-in-law, Kathryn and David Hooton and Bonnie and Jim LaFond of Lyman, and Julie and Gary Gonder of Green River. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Bandie, Jody and Shane Hooton, Crystal and Clayton LaFond, Jesey Gonder and Josey Hichert, as well as 20 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and Joe’s and Stan’s families.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Beryl Logan and Joe Jaramillo, and her brother and sister-in-law Leonard and Carol John.

Cremation will take place. At Pat’s request, there will be no services. Inurnment will be in Riverview Cemetery.
