LARAMIE — Twenty-two students, including Rock Springs High School student Hadley Banks and Black Butte High School student Serenitie Bradley, were nominated by their CTE teachers as potential future CTE teachers.

Those nominated were invited to spend a day at the University of Wyoming to check out the campus. Those who were able to travel to UW were recognized during the Discovery Days event.

While at UW, they were able to tour the campus, visit with faculty, enjoy lunch at the Washakie Center, visit with clubs, shop at the bookstore, and even attend university events to explore opportunities that students find on campus.
