JACKSON – The United States Geologic Survey (USGS) has confirmed two earthquakes that occurred this morning 16 km east-southeast of Hoback Junction. The quakes were felt and reported to the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office by residents in Bondurant. The first occurred at 1040 a.m. and registered 3.8 on the Richter scale. The second quake occurred at 1108 am and registered 4.2. No damage or injuries were reported.
