Six Arrested in Drug-Warrant Sweep

SWEETWATER COUNTY — Six people are now behind bars after a brief warrants-sweep through Green River and Rock Springs on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.

According to Sheriff Mike Lowell, detectives assigned to the Sheriff’s Narcotics and Arrest Group (SNAAG) carried out the operation and reported the following arrests:

  • Stephen Paul Workman, 55, of Reliance, charged with five separate counts of delivery of methamphetamine;

  • Brandon Ray Isaacson, 34, of Rock Springs, charged with probation violation on an original charge of felony-grade possession of methamphetamine;

  • John Adam Kotusky, 26, of Green River, charged with three counts of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and/or heroin;

  • Luis Javier Hernandez, 28, of Utah, charged with delivery of methamphetamine;

  • Jeremy Thomas Hall, 21, of Green River, charged with three counts of delivery of methamphetamine and/or heroin and three counts of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and/or heroin; and,

  • Shadee Lee Gardner, 25, of Green River, charged with interference with a peace officer and other traffic offenses.

An undisclosed amount of methamphetamine was also seized during the operation.

In Wyoming, delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy (or attempt) to deliver a controlled substance both carry a possible penalty of imprisonment for not more than 20 years, a $25,000 fine, or both.

Sheriff Lowell thanks, those from Rock Springs Police Department, Green River Police Department, Wyoming Highway Patrol and Wyoming’s Division of Criminal Investigation who aided the Sheriff’s Office in the sweep and reminds citizens all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
