Four years ago, I was honored to be elected to The Sweetwater County Board of Directors. My approach is simple, I believe it is about having a conversation. I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelorโs Degree in Business Administration. I am a permanently certified tax appraiser recognized by the Wyoming Department of Revenue and have received over 400 hours of continuing education in the assessment field.
My name is Perri Rubeck and I am running as a lifelong member of the Republican Party to defend the rights of land owners as the next Sweetwater County Assessor.
I am a third generation member of Sweetwater County having graduated from both Rock Springs High School and Western Wyoming Community College. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.
Sweetwater County is my home. I was born and raised in Green River, as were my parents, children and grandchildren.
I am currently employment with the State of Wyoming within the Judicial Offices. This position has given me an extensive and clear understanding of the internal structure and duties of the Clerk of District Courtโs office as outlined in the Wyoming Statues. I am confident in my qualifications and have extensive training, knowledge and experience with personnel management, record keeping, budgets, legal documents as well as State and County policies and procedures.
I am a lifelong Wyoming resident with 26 years of law enforcement experience in Sweetwater County. I have a Master’s of Science degree in criminal justice/law enforcement administration from Columbia College. My wife Patty and I have five children.
I moved to Green River in 1961, raised my family here, had a successful financial service business here for 35+ years. I served on numerous boards at GRHS, Joint Powerโs Water Board, and Green River City Council for 8 years. I’m retired which allows me plenty of time to serve the citizens of Green River.
