All Workers and Their Families Invited to the Annual Labor Day Picnic
At Reliance Park from 11 am to 4 pm
Sponsored by Southwest Wyoming Central Labor Council
The 2015 Labor Day picnic will be held at Reliance Park in Reliance Wyoming. Food and beverages are provided and the picnic is free, as always, so come celebrate another year of success in southwestern Wyoming.
The horseshoe tournament starts at 1 pm. Please bring your own shoes. Seating is limited so you might want to bring a lawn chair. Overflow parking is available at the ball field off third street.
A food drive will be held in conjunction with the annual Labor Day Picnic. Please bring non-perishable food items to be donated to The Food Bank of Sweetwater County. The food bank needs packaged side dishes, canned fruit, canned meat, egg noodles, sugar, flour, cereal, shelf stable milk and other non perishable items.
Reliance Park is North of Rock Springs. Take the Reliance exit off of Highway 191 and continue on the main road for 2.3 miles. The park is behind the old Reliance School Building (now apartments).
The park features playground equipment, 3 pavilions, 4 horseshoe pits, a softball field, 2 tennis courts and restrooms.
