SWEETWATER COUNTY — Rock Springs resident Jeff Ramaj announced his plans to run for Sweetwater County Commissioner this week.
In his candidacy announcement Ramaj described himself as a “blue-collar, constitutional conservative.”
He graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1983 and owns Accurate Irrigation with his wife Anna. Jeff currently serves as secretary of the White Mountain Water and Sewer board and is a member of the Pentecostal Church in Rock Springs.
“This is my first crack at politics. I ain’t got the pedigree of some of the other candidates,” Ramaj said. “However I bring to the table hands of experience, financial planning, construction, logistics, project management, budgeting as well as a wide variety of skills useful for commissioners needed to make logical common sense decisions. We can do this…let’s get-er-done.”
